A Night at the Oscars 2004
October 30, 2004
Around 70 people turned up in style at Lime in September for a night at the Oscars, courtesy of IPS Finance.
After having the paparazzi mob greet the attendees while stepping from the awaiting limo, a champagne reception was awaiting, to add to the glamour.
With champagne aplenty and a free bar on offer, votes were cast for best firms and departments, in various guises. Considering that certain firms had great numbers supporting the event, it was decided to randomly pick the winners from none other than a champagne bucket. The delightful Sapna Amar, splendidly dressed for the occasion doubled for Carol Smilie and drew the winners.
The star raffle prize for the night was an ipod, won by Natalie Roberts. Other prize winners were: Nikolas Aveksandrou
- Alex Worsley
- Joanne Munro
- Sapna Amar (no fix by the MCASS treasurer)
