New Starters Evening

Well that’s it we have got over the first event of the new training year and we are happy to announce that our new starters evening was a complete success!

The evening was held at Dukes 92 bar in Castlefield on Tuesday 12^th September and was attended by over 50 new students. The event took place in the upstairs bar and comprised of a free bar (until it was drunk dry in almost record timing!!) a buffet and a disco afterwards. The evening started straight after work at 5 o’clock at the place was soon full of people enjoying themselves and by the time I left at about 8:30 it was still going strong with the first brave bunch of people venturing onto the dancefloor. Some of the students even managed to get Paul from ATC up dancing although this might have had something to do with the Guinness he was drinking!)

We would like to say thank you to all the people who turned up for this event and enjoyed themselves and hope it has given you a taster for the sort of events that we organise. For those of you who want to experience another MCASS event which I hope will be all of you then make sure you get your tickets for the 70’s themed Moonlight Ball on the 7^th October as I can guarantee that that will be a night to remember if only to see all your fellow students decked out in 70’s gear!
