We continue our series of events to celebrate the merger of UMIST and the University of Manchester with a presentation from Geoff Hope-Terry, Finance Director of the University of Manchester , both 'old' and 'new'.
Geoff will soon be overseeing the finances of a business with a turnover of over £420 million, over 8,500 employees and a wide range of other stakeholders that include government, private companies large and small - and not least students.
Come and find out about the business side of higher education and the management of the merger of two multi-million pound businesses.
